Each first email waits an hour before it goes, so you can read, change or stop it, and you can ask to approve every one instead. Nakodo follows up if there's no reply, answers what it can from your offer and notes, asks you about anything else, and hands the conversation to you when they say yes.

Yes, on Pro and Business. Choose the kinds of business and where, such as cafes within 10 km of Leeds or salons across Ireland. Nakodo finds them in the open Overture Maps places listing and on Instagram and TikTok, reads each one's website for an email it publishes, and asks the best fits whether they'd like to talk or try your product. Chains are left out unless you include them.

Each new creator or business Nakodo contacts, once. Follow-ups, answers and the introduction are included. Anyone without a published email is never contacted or counted, and neither is a first email you decide not to send. Free counts by the month and pauses your campaign when the month's creators are contacted. Pro and Business count by the day, across all your campaigns, so outreach keeps going all month. Each plan also writes a set number of first emails a day (its AI email drafts), and a draft you cancel still uses one.

No. Nakodo writes to the address they publish and keeps it private, even after they say yes. You carry on in the same conversation, and either of you can share an email or phone number whenever you like.

In what they publish. For creators: their channel description or bio, their video descriptions and captions, and their own website or link page when they link to it. For businesses: their own website and public listing, keeping only an address at the business's own domain or a personal mailbox like Gmail. It never guesses an address.

Yes: the first 7 days of Pro are free. Stripe takes your card when you start and charges it when the week ends, unless you cancel in Settings before then: you keep Pro until the week is up, pay nothing, and move to Free. There's one free week per account and per card. Free itself needs no card and doesn't end.

Yes, any time in Settings. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan or a cancellation takes effect when the month you've paid for ends, and extra campaigns are paused rather than deleted.

A business is scored on how well it fits your brief, judged from its website and listing, and how close it is to your places. Every score comes with the reasons behind it.

We store the emails creators and businesses chose to publish, with where we found them, and never show them to brands. Every email Nakodo sends has a one-click way to stop, and anyone who uses it isn't emailed through Nakodo again. Comment analysis keeps counts only, never the comments or who wrote them. YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, and you can export or delete your account from Settings.
