Yes. Each conversation has its own address under your brand's name, so replies come back and reach the right campaign. First emails wait for your approval unless you let them go after an hour. Nakodo follows up if there's no reply, answers what it can from your offer and notes, asks you about anything else, and introduces you by email when a creator says yes.

Each creator Nakodo contacts, once. Follow-ups, answers and the introduction are included. Creators without a published email are never contacted or counted, and neither is a first email you decide not to send.

Not until they say yes. Nakodo writes to the address they publish for business and keeps it private. When a creator agrees, Nakodo introduces you with your address in copy, and you carry on from your own inbox.

In what creators publish: their channel description, their video descriptions, and their own website or link page when they link to it. It never guesses an address.

Yes. We search YouTube, and when a creator links to their Instagram, TikTok or website we list those too.

Yes, any time in Settings. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan or a cancellation takes effect when the month you've paid for ends, and extra campaigns are paused rather than deleted.

We store business emails that creators chose to publish, with where we found them, and never show them to brands. Every email Nakodo sends has a one-click way to stop, and anyone who uses it isn't emailed through Nakodo again. Comment analysis keeps counts only, never the comments or who wrote them. YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, and you can export or delete your account from Settings.
